On-line payments will be received until 04 de noviembre de 2019. After this deadline, the online registration form can be completed, however, the payment must be done onsite.

Registration and payment instructions

In order to complete the registration and payment of the registration fee, the attendee must follow the following steps:

1 - Registration

Complete your form by creating a login and a password in order to have access to your restricted area in the Congress website. The restricted area is the place reserved for the registrant to follow the registration record, send and check abstracts and alter basic access information. After completing your registration, you will automatically receive an email containing a copy of the information registered.

Accompanying Persons - Registration must be made by the registrant (participant in SLEP 2019) through his restricted area (RESTRICTED / ACCOMPANYING) or at the event secretary at the venue. Activities with additional cost for companions.

2 - Payment

Credit card: Before proceed with the payment the registrant must complete a brief PayPal register. The payment will be confirmed within 24 hours after its completion.

Registrants under the FELLOWS IN TRAINING OR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS categories must send A CATEGORY CERTIFICATE listed bellow in order to have access to the payment area. The certificate must be sent to the email address
In the deadline for turning values, the certificates will be received until 5:00 pm. Certificates sent after 5:00 pm of the deadline of each column of values will have payment released with UPDATED VALUES as per the following column.

Accepted certificates:
• Declaration of enrollment, attendance or fellowship stamped and signed by the responsible for the Work or Education Institution;
• Photo (front and back) of the Institution badge;
• Student ID (front and back) with current year data;
• Monthly payment slip of the current semester from the educational institution;
• Curriculum of enrollment in the current semester.

The reimbursement of the amount paid will be made up to 45 days after the event.

• Duplicidade de pagamento - preenchimento do formulário de solicitação de devolução da taxa de inscrição – informar na justificativa o nome da Instituição que efetuou o pagamento e as datas dos mesmos;
• Sem justificativa - preenchimento do formulário de solicitação de devolução da taxa de inscrição

• A documentação solicitada de acordo com cada justificativa (conforme tabela acima) e o formulário de solicitação de devolução de taxa de inscrição, devidamente preenchido e assinado, serão aceitos via e-mail  apenas dentro dos prazos estipulados.

• Somente o inscrito poderá solicitar, quando de direito, o reembolso do valor da inscrição;
• O reembolso será realizado diretamente em conta corrente/poupança bancária do inscrito como correntista;
• Caso não possa comparecer ao evento, o reembolso só será realizado obedecendo aos prazos determinados acima.
• Os reembolsos serão efetuados Until 45 (quarenta e cinco) dias após o término do evento. É necessário que a solicitação seja encaminhada dentro do prazo, seguida dos dados bancários (agência, banco e conta corrente/poupança).
